These terms govern your use of the Tiba Social Services & Community Engagement website and the services described here. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
About our organization
Tiba Social Services is a community-focused organization, not a registered charity. Contributions fund our community programs directly and are not tax-deductible.
Use of this website
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, submit fraudulent information, or access data you aren't authorized to see. We may restrict access at any time if we believe these terms are being violated.
Support contributions
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
- All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD). You authorize us to charge the amount you select at checkout.
- Recurring (monthly) support continues until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time through Stripe or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund amounts already processed.

Volunteer applications
Submitting a volunteer application expresses your interest and does not create an employment relationship. We review applications and reach out based on current needs and suitability. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Intellectual property
Site content — including text, logos, and imagery — is owned by Tiba Social Services or used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy or republish content without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
This site and our services are provided in good faith. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiba Social Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on information presented here. Services are offered based on availability and need.
External links
Our site may link to third-party services (such as Google Forms and Stripe). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
